- By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate personal details such as name, contact number, and preferred service.

2. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your scheduled service.
- If you are late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.
- For bridal or premium services, an advance booking or token amount may be required.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 4 hours before the service time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of booking advance.
- Bridal, party makeup, and pre-bridal packages may have different cancellation rules, which will be informed at the time of booking.
4. Payments
- We accept payments through Cash, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- All service charges, taxes, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Advance payments or booking amounts are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Quality & Results
- Our team ensures high-quality beauty and hair services, but individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair condition, and post-care followed by the client.
- The salon will not be responsible for results affected due to incorrect aftercare or personal negligence.
6. Use of Products
- We use professional-grade, tested, and safe products for all services.
- If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please inform our staff before beginning any treatment.
- The salon will not be responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
7. Personal Belongings
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings such as mobile phones, bags, or jewelry.
- Ocean Glamour Salon is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items.
8. Photography & Media
- With your consent, we may capture photos or videos for portfolio or promotional use (e.g., social media or website).
- You can request us anytime to not use or delete your images.

- Respectful behaviour towards staff and other clients is mandatory.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or policy violations.
